Exchange & Returns
We currently do not have refund policy and we do not accept any refunds at the moment. You may wish to return a product to us. This may be due to a dislike of the colour or needing a different size or function. If you are unsure about a product, you can send us an enquiry before making a purchase decision. You can contact us here.
We want you to be happy with your new JIRA purchase, so if you open your goods and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at email@example.com. You need to indicate the items you wish to return for exchange stating the order no., product name, colour, and quantity, and the new product you wish to be sent so we could check if the exchange items are in stock or not. If that item is out of stock, we regret that we could not process the exchange for you.
If you are qualified for an exchange, we will then email you the instructions on how to send back to us.
TIME: If you need to exchange or return your order, you have fourteen (14) days from receiving the order to post your item (it needs to be postmarked within these 14 days).
CONDITION: Please ensure your returned items are new, unused, and in original condition. Please also make sure all packaging must be returned in original condition such as dust bags, original tags and boxes. All goods will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to reject an exchange/refund request if the items are not in the original condition received (scratched, used, no tags and labels) under our judgment, or if the exchanges and returns policy is abused. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
POSTAGE: You will need to pay the return postage. And for your first exchange of item, we will ship your replacement free of charge. If a further exchange on the same order is requested, we reserve the right to charge an additional postage for the shipment back to you. This postage charge depends on the destination country and number of items being sent.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. We recommend you to obtain proof of postage until we received the goods. If sending a large value package, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please also be sure to write “returned bags/wallets” on any customs forms.
